ZL VIP LLC provides luxury black SUV transportation service in Franklin, Tennessee and surrounding areas.
Pre-authorization policy: A temporary hold will be placed on your card approximately 2 hours before your scheduled trip. This hold includes a buffer to cover potential route changes, traffic, or extra time. The final charge will reflect the actual service provided and may be less than the hold amount. Any unused funds are automatically released.
Tip policy: Gratuity is optional and processed as a separate authorization. 100% of the tip goes directly to your driver.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 4 hours before pickup will not be charged. Late cancellations may be charged up to the quoted base fare.
No-show policy: If the passenger cannot be reached within 15 minutes of pickup time, the trip may be marked as a no-show and billed accordingly.
Communication consent: We will contact you only through the channel you select at booking. If you decline SMS, we will use email only.
Hourly booking policy: Hourly bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. Additional time beyond the reserved hours will be billed at the same hourly rate.
Payment disputes: If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact ZL VIP LLC first so we can review trip records, timing, route details, and payment activity before a bank dispute is opened.
